So i'm a little new to the whole effects and modules and cables n recorders n what not. I've been playing electric and acoustic guitar for about 7 years. And I've been singing in choirs, classes, jammin with my friends, etc. since the beginning of high school. I'm 21 now and I've been in a band for about 6 months. I'm the lead singer, I don't play guitar for us. But we did a rough recording on a portable 4 track last night and the vocals through the PA just sounded.... blah. Empty. And I know I can sing and it basically took any "scratchiness" or "style" or "normalcy" out of my voice and reduced it to an empty... talking.

I currently use a Sennheiser E835 microphone that's plugged into a condenser (I don't know what kind) through a Behringer EUROLIVE B208D Active PA Speaker. I'm not looking for a heavy vocal distortion or reverb. We play sort of a reggae/rock/pop style of music. I'm just looking for a pedal that can make my voice sound... fuller, more normal.
