What Parts should be replaced on the LD9 2.4L engine for boosting?

I want to run about 15psi of boost of my 2.4L LD9 (GM 4cyl) engine. What parts should I swap out to make the engine bulletproof? DO NOT tell me to buy a new engine (it wont happen). IF anyone can give me a specific list of parts and possibly sizes and brands that would be great.
