...Wind Up Bird Chronicle? After reading the Wind Up Bird Chronicle for my senior English class, I've begun to closely follow Murakami and his works as well as his followers and can't help but hear about the chapters from the original manuscript which are missing from the English translation. Do you know anything about these missing chapters? Also, I've heard that one of the chapters has been re-arranged within the book, so that the context it was originally placed in was lost. Out of curiosity, would anyone happen to know what chapter this is?
