Need to know what parts are best for the front disk brakes, spark plugs, spark cables, distributor cap, and distributor rotor as well as the type of oil (weight and synthetic/not) and filter I should use for a tune up that is sorely needed. I live in lower altitude California (as this effects the oil) for those that care to know.
Thanks!

every thing you listed you can get at autozone and it dont really matter what brands you use highest price or cheapest just ask for it and when they pul it up dont pick the lowest price items but really they good too as for oil it dont matter what you use long as you change it when you should say 10w30 ok any brand and you can find how to replace it by typing
how to replace brake pads
