what pair of earphones are best for pop,hip hopish music?that arent too expensive?

i was looking at the jbuds j3's and the Scosche Noise Isolation Earbuds with tapLINE II Remote & Mic which are better?
and also which earphones have bass but not overwhelming bass? or a balanced sound?
