Temps like temperature? I would say avoid being out in weather you are not used to being out in. For example, if your body is used to being out in 110 degree weather everyday all day, you are fine to be out in that weather. But if you keep your house 70 degrees and it is 100 degrees outside, you will risk sunstroke. Regardless stay hydrated!
I always burn more quickly when I am pregnant, so take notice of your body and if you are getting lethargic or don't feel well, get out of the weather.
