Other than youtube when you are trying to upload a video from ARES. I am trying to put some karate and UFC clips in a forum anyone please help it will be GREATLY appreciated. Best regards
It depends on where you are trying to get it from. Different things need to be embedded differently.
If you have trouble finding what you need, you could always use a screen recorder to capture the video you need then upload it on youtube, then embed it from youtube to your site.
