What other universes are Christians comparing THIS one to when they claim it's "intelligently designed"?

Seriously, not a single person in this supposedly "intelligently ordained" universe have ever vacationed outside of the universe, so what exactly are people comparing it to when they say everything within the universe seems so intelligently designed?

In your mind, If there weren't a God, would everything in existence just consist of brown, shapeless blobs? Explain!
