Hi, I pulled my leg calf muscle again this afternoon from playing soccer. I couldn't move my leg till it was relaxed.
I'm really unfit now and feel like I did really bad in most of my games. So I want to train real hard.
One problem, my calf hurts really bad still, can't walk properly...
but I was thinking i could do push ups, sits up or weights to feel more motivated and abit fit. what else can I do?
