I am planning on doing an exchange program next year for my last year of high school. On our application forms we have to choose our top cities and I know for sure my top city is Paris, because:
- It is large and bustling - I LOVE big cities
- It has tons of haussmannian buildings and it is my dream to live in one
- it has many famous museums and I love museums
- It is known for it's amazing fashion and I love fashion so much!
- I love the quaint little cafes they are so cute
- It is beautiful at night, I love cities at night
- It has a good music scene
- Good public transportation (especially great for a teen that can't drive as we are not allowed to on the exchange)
- very european and different from north america - i do not want to go to a city or town that doesn't seem all that different from somewhere here in canada
other things i would love:
- good skiing (or close to good skiing)
- lots of castles, palaces, old architecture that sort of thing
- near the beach
- i love snow but am not opposed to a warm climate as it will be something different
