A a person New member Dec 28, 2010 #1 I'm getting my hair cut, colored, and highlighted(not all at the same time). What order do I do it in? I'm getting layers in my hair when I get it cut. I think I dye it, get it cut, then highlight. I already have the dye and highlighting kits.
