What online sites are available to watch TV via my playstation?

Well, the question says it all....

I have a playstation and an internet connection to boot, however no aerial for my TV. Normally i get by with just buying loads of DVD's. However i found that i can watch BBC iplayer on the playstation.

What other TV based sites are available? i have also heard of 4 on demand?

any help here would be great.

Hi there! Do you know if they make any plugins to safeguard against hackers? I'm kinda paranoid about losing everything I've worked hard on. Any recommendations?
