What old car looks like a new car?

I need a car about once-a-week to visit clients out of town so journeys will total about 300 miles per month. I visit clients so the car has to look nice.

I use a car too frequently to justify hiring but not frequently enough to shell out a lot of money on a newer car.

I'd therefore like an old (or somehow cheap) car but one that doesn't stand out as a crappy car.

I'm not a 'car man' so I'm not interested in a car that Jeremy Clarkson would buy. Any ideas? Peugeot 607? Or what?
