What now?

So to start off im 15 and need help. I have been having several symptoms for over a year now. They are finally doing test after test on me but NONE have any answers. I have lost count on how many tests they have done. Here are my symptoms:

Fatique
very very tired, no energy
loss of appetite
enlarged spleen thats very painful
slightly enlarged right kidney(not sure if that matters)
No weight lost, some gained due to being almost bed ridden
extreme constipation
heavier periods
almost daily headaches
All this makes it hard to focus
Asthma like symptoms yet tested normal on breathing test

I am finally at an out of town GI doctor
She thought i had an infection--stool tests, bloodwork, ultrasound, urine test
all came back normal for everything except for the slightly swollen right kidney. I have no pain there. I have a lot of pain around my spleen and in the back where i think the spleen is too. It is so tender that my doctor put her stethoscope on it and i almost cried.

My doctor now wants to do an endoscopy. I am just curious if she is on the right path or not. A lot of the tests were just to rule stuff out. My parents and i are just at a lost to what this is.

Any ideas would really help. We dont know what to do except hope she is on the right path.

Whenever I see exteme fatigue and tiredness that can't be explained, it's worth mentioning the possibility that you could have B12 deficiency. Supposedly the normal range on typical blood tests (standard B12 test) is over 200, but you can have symptoms at a level of 650 or lower.

Vegetarianism (especially vegan diet) is a possible cause, celiac disease (do you have gluten intolerance or does anyone in your family?) is a major candidate, and sometimes just hereditary tendency for B12 problems exist with no obvious cause. Has anyone in your family or your relatives had anemia of any kind? Does anyone else have fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue in your family?

I should mention that having B12 deficiency at 15 years old would be very very rare, but possible. It's worth looking into. I'm not a doctor, but B12 supplementation is said to be 100% safe (I can attest to this as I've taken the sublinguals for months daily with no side effects whatsoever) so you might consider exploring this path.

I'd get your thyroid tested. Some of your symptoms point to hypothyroidism. Have them run your not only your TSH but freee T4 and T3 as well.

Hi, thanks for the replys. My doctor just checked my thyroid. I agree it sounds like it but she says it was just fine.

And would a B12 test be a bloodwork test also. My doctor ran about 12 different tests so i dont know what all she tested me for. She only mentioned a few about what she was going to have tested.
