I am 21 years old, and I weigh 102 lbs.
I am not overweight, but I do have some belly fat that I am hoping to slim down by mid-July.
It would be nice to have a nice flat stomach.
It's not the "I can't fit into my jeans" kind of fat -- in fact, it's far from it.
I just want to look nice in my bathing suit.
And besides, I want to start living a more healthier lifestyle, and start eating right.
I have a bad habit of eating junk food -- especially at night.
I know that eating at night is bad, but I get really hungry.
I have A.D.D., so I take medicine that makes me not so hungry, so when I'm off my medicine at night, my hunger catches up with me.
So:
What exercises can I do at home that don't involve machines?
If I someone could type up a list of exercises to do daily, and for how long, I would be really appreciative. If I had a schedule that tells me what to do daily, I think I would have an easier time sticking to it, you know?
