so i'm moving from chicago to philly soon and was looking for advice about what neighborhood i should look to find a place. i'm used to city living in chicago although i am actually in a nice upscale tree lined street area with townhomes, but walking distance to the trains, and walking distance to tons of great local pubs, bars, diners, restaurants, etc. i'm looking to duplicate this type of neighborhood as much as possible.
i'm early 30's single professional guy so anyplace with nice bars and eats with good looking girls around, but private quiet living in nice environment. looking for monthly rent less than 5k per month.
