Please specify what exactly needs to be in specifications for development of e-Commerce website? I need to deliver specifications to an oDesk provider I'm interviewing. Please keep in mind I'm a non technical person. What do I need to put in the specifications to tell them how I want the website to function and also be user friendly as well for customers visiting the site and making purchases?
