All i remember is a young girl was kidnapped for a marriage ritual and the mother of the son or wife of the father who kidnapped her, it was a tradition for the boy and father to kidnap the bride to be and kill the parents, then they would burn all of their clothes and stuff, and go steal stuff from the mall by putting tinfoil on stuff so the alarm wouldn't go off. and they broke glass everywhere for goodluck or something.. it might have been "law and order.." not NCIS, what what episode is it?
