What nav/dvd system to get for 2003 Chevy S10 Step side(sport)?

I just recently acquired a 2003 chevy s10 extended cab sport truck and want to put a new head unit in it,one with navigation,ipod controls,touchscreen the works-bluetooth is not important at all nor is hd radio and that junk,if anyone who has done such a thing and what you went with,thanks a bunch-and also if you could give me some good sites for factory parts and aftermaket parts too,im lookin for some other stuff as well,thanks a ton.
