It was a band in a room, the frame was shaking and the lights would go out and the heart would glow inside her chest and her hand I believe. It's really bugging me, Please help!
Edit; No thats not it but I totally understand why that came to mind. However the video I am thinking of the music is rock and it is a band as well as the lead singer is a girl and the video is a bit crappy since its a little older. :/
