I've been bicycling for over a week now at a distance of 3 miles a day. But, I've also wanted to lean up as far as my legs, abs, and arms are concerned. With this in mind, what muscles does bicycling affect?
Also, what can I do to lean up a little more? I’m 5’4 and at 124lbs. Not bad, but I do want to reach for at least 112-118. (And I want a six pack and leaner arms
