S Steven M New member Apr 22, 2010 #1 I broke my arm and I grew bone. That bone was interfeering my wrist motion.so I recently had surgery to get it fixed but it's tight. So I was hoping someone could tell me what bone or tendon it is so I can stretch and loosen it. Thanks so much
