What movie is this; foreign horror...?

Foreign horror, late 70's to mid 80's. Movie starts with girl taking a shower, shows a large birthmark. She ends up on this crazy train, and there's weird villagers hitting sticks together. Possibly in Eastern Europe. I think she's supposed to marry the devil. She meets a bald chick on the train who says she's her mother -__-
