It came out in the late 90's I'm pretty sure, it's about 4 or so college students get into a car accident and only one girl survives. She spends the rest of the movie meeting dark and mysterious people, the whole time she is being stalked by a shadowy figure.
In the end, all of her friends in the car with her were ok, but she was in a serious coma and the dark shadowy figure was meant to be the devil or something trying to take her soul to hell.
