Bells and whistles dont start until you get up over a grand and higher. Anything that will be any good in your price range will be second hand if you are lucky.
 
Hi there, i am 6'2 and weight 220 pounds. I recently had knee surgery and i am in a need of a new bike do to physical therapy reason, and also for leisure. I need somebody to help me pick out a really good mountain bike that has all the bells and whistles for a decent price ( such as shocks, mmaybedisc brakes,etc). basically i am asking what is the best mountain bike that is the best bang for your buck under $300 please respond asap, i need a bike by ttomorrow thank you for taking your time to help me.
