What motherboard would you recommend for a living room media center computer?

I'm looking for a Mini/Micro ATX motherboard with 1 HDMI output that push the audio from the motherboard or sound card and video from a video card out to my HDTV. I'm having a hard time telling which ones have been recently released, and which ones are old.

What motherboard would you recommend? If not a motherboard, what other solution might you suggest? Thank you!
 
First, I have a couple of questions for you.

Do you want AMD or Intel?
Do you already have a graphics card picked out and if so, what kind is it?

If you want, I can make up a complete build for a HTPC (home theater pc) for you.
