what might be the reason that I haven't received my financial aid package from this...

...school yet? My friend got his package from the same college already, but I haven't. Do you know how long does it take for them to send it? does living in an apartment mean that someone might put it in the wrong mail box?
 
It could be that they haven't finished yours, it just hasn't been delivered to your mailbox yet, or they are waiting on more information. You can always contact your school's financial aid office and check with them to make sure there are no problems.
