I think it's thermal transfer i doubt it's ink unless some other sort of process of lacquering is applied.
My sister just had a wedding and i wanted to know how i can get that professionally done finish. The look you get when you buy a new CD; unmistakable shine and a quality coat.
I know for certain it's not Ink so I'm not interested in buying a CD printing capable printer as they only utilize ink. Anyway, thanks.
