All right a little bit about me before i get to symptoms. I also realize that whatever answers i get here are not the same as being diagnosed by a doctor. since i was about 12 Ive had depression and i was also diagnosed with ocd ( i washed my hands execcisvley). Ive got over my ocd at around 14 but have been dealing with depression this whole time. At about 16 i slipped deeper into my depression when my parents were getting divorced.At that time i used methamphetamine(injecting it into my arm) 2 times and cannabis to cope with what was happening. A couple of days after my meth use i told my mom i was tired of living and i then go to a behavioral health center were i get over my suicidal thoughts and my drug use. Fast forward to now at 18 ive moved to a different state ive been off my antidepressents for about 6 months now.
Symptoms
depression
anxious at times(feel shaky, sweaty and increased heartbeat)
sometimes things feel surreal or i feel disconnected
at night before i go to bed i have to make sure every door and window are locked and then double check them. I then check my closet to make sure nobody is in there
I feel as if someone is watching me at times
anger
stressed out
I know i have depression but i feel as if i have either ocd, bipolar, early symptoms of schizophrenia or an anxiety disorder. Im going to see a psychiatrist in the next 2 weeks but i would like to know what other people think first.
