I'm not the best at describing things but I'll try my best.
During health class today we played a video about a girl with an eating disorder. For some reason, I was REALLY disturbed by the film. Everything around me was blurry, I heard a ringing in my ear. I had to get away from the film. I asked my teacher if I could go to the restroom, he nodded, when going to the door, I even had trouble finding the door knob my vision was THAT blurry from watching the film. I go to the bathroom and I sit for a few minutes until my vision is cleared and the ringing in my ear is gone.
