Here are my symptoms-
Congestion
Bloated
Headache
Small fever
Abdominal cramps
I feel like I have a cold mixed with PMS (but I don't get periods because of PCOS) what kind of meds should I take? I used to have a sore throat 3 days ago, thought I had strep, but it's gone so I'm not sure.
