My stomach hurts and I'm nauseous, but I haven't vomited. What medicine would you suggest?

I appreciate your concern James. But I am not a drug-addict and I will never be one. I am not looking for high power pain-killers, just maybe a simple "pepto bismo" type of thing, Thanks though!
