What medication works for you?

I went to the doctor today to get a different medication. I was on nexium which was working but noticed some tummy cramping and diaherra. He said I could go on Zantac or Aciphex. I choose Aciphex but my insuarance doesn't cover it. Which medication are you on and does it work well? Any side effects?
 
I take Zegerid which is now over the counter - woo hoo! That is the best I have ever come across and I have tried a few. My insurance never would cover the better stuff so I had to wait and suffer through OTC stuff...
 
I tried them all, from prescription to over the counter.. everything.
The one that works 100% for me with no side effects is Pantaloc.
i'm not sure how much this drug costs.. i'm from canada and i have exceptional drug status for this medication.
I love it though, I swear by it. I've been taking it for 7 years and counting now
