What may cause someone to feel vibrations in their head with a wind sound?

When I move my head I feel a vibration sensation and hear a wind sound in my head. I don't think the wind sound I hear in my head is not tinnitus, because I do not hear it in my ears. The vibrations and wind sound in my head happen most of the time I move my head, even if I move it slightly. What may be the cause of the vibrations I feel and wind noise I hear in my head?
