What may be causing sex not to feel good?

Whenever I have sex with my partner, we always use a condom. When he first enters, it hurts. Every single time (even if going in slowly) I'm not sure if it's because of the latex. Anyway, sex has never felt good. It usually feels like nothing, or just pressure. I've tried multiple positions, but nothing really changes.

I don't really know what the issue could be...
