I'm 6' and weigh 230lbs,i have a good amount of muscle(playd football in highschool),broad shoulers,good leg strength,minimal flexibility yet willing to work on it...i also would want to get more toned in the process,i enjoyed tackling and throwing people around,also liked wrestling but dont think it fits the style im looking for...im thinking of judo but im not sure what martial arts style i would excel in,yet enjoy it at the same time,what do you think?
