I would like to start brazilian ju jitsu, but there are no clubs around me, so my other choices are jui jitsu, or aikido, could someone give me some reccomendations on these please, and what is involved in each.
I am looking for something with locks, and holds, with mainly "SELF" Defence, as opposed to offence.
