I read this manga a while back and cant recall the title, but it was not the main story but the manga seemed to have flowed from one character to the next. Anywho, the hostess has black hair and the police officer/detective had white hair (not actually these colors but description of how the artist had them drawn). The hostess is the #1 of her club and the detective came there under the pretense that he had some sort of condition with women (apparently, the guy has a "gift" to send women to the 9th gate of heaven with his "experience") but he is earnest and very bashful. She found this out much later that the guy question if she did this with all her clients (not true). He was actually investigating attacks on hostesses in the area and it seems that the hostess was next. So, he came to protect her - but she is super strong and beats the daylights out the pervert. Anyway, the manga goes on with her having a crisis about her #1 hostess title being taken away from her and she works super hard to get it back, which makes the guy worry about her working this job. But, they resolve it somehow (still dating) and the next story involved the guy's detective partner and his romantic crisis (and he thought the hostess was hot and his partner got her to be his girlfriend.
