The party theme is "something evil", so I'm going to dress as the ghostly/undead version of someone famously evil in history. I basically want my skin and hair all white and my outfit somehow dusted or colored white (instead of just wearing all white clothes). I thought of baby powder but that's too smelly and might be completely worn off by the end of the night. Any ideas on how I can pull this off would be greatly appreciated.
