What makes you want to write poetry?

Writing for me is like a relationship with words , a love affair with poetry a dream world with stolen moments away from realty .... my dream life where my mind takes me on a journey . .. I don't write to have a big ego ... I write because I write .... I;m in love with poetry ..but I'm a CRAP poet.. and I know it lol
