like driving on gravel !? I was recently driving a slight incline about 35 mph in a 93 v6 grand cherokee. When accelerating, it started to feel very rough in the engine/cab and under driver..almost like being on gravel. However, the tires are all new, balanced and it didn'tt feel like it was emanating from the tires, but the engine. There wasn't any shaking or vibration from the front of the car or any "wobbling" by the tires..more of a rough ride. The interesting thing was when I turned off the heater, the car ran smooth again (could just be a fluke though). And I made it fine home. But clearly, something is potentially wrong and I need to have it looked at..any suggestions? Fuel Pump? Eh. Water Pump-prob not..Perhaps Differential or UJoint? Transmission? I hope not...What should I ask for?
It's a V8 4wd, not a V6..sorry! And thanks!
