i have been researching males for awhile (no comment on that please), and i noticed the large masculinity factor. i also know, as i am a transsexual, that testosterone does not make you masculine, it may affect masculine factors, but testosterone does not causes masculinity after birth.
so what exactly causes masculinity
There are also tons of environmental factors which could affect it too though. For example, a boy could have a very manly, very tough and regimented father who acts like a "man" and encourages his son to act the same way by bringing him to shooting ranges, etc. The boy is then taught by example that this is what men do and subconsciously learns to act accordingly.
well, in many cases, such as transsexuals, the boy is raised this way by his father, but still turns out being feminine, a girly, so matter how much the father "tries to beat it out of him"
