I hear this all the time. "children these days...", " children are misbehaving nowadays.." etc etc.
Kids have been misbehaving since 470BC-399BC(or even before most certainly) when socrates said: "Children today are tyrants, they contradict their parents, gobble their food, and tyrannize their teachers". Do adults perpetuating this old news base their observations on evidence that suggests the "intensity of misbehavior"(however its measured) is somehow increasing? Or are they refinding conventional "wisdom" and expressing their enthusiasm?
