Some or most of the hard plastics are made of PVC whick in theory can be recycled. Number 5 recycling. But most cities only go up to 2 recycling.. Which is like plastic bottles. It depends on the company that makes the bags. Go paper then recycle them or reuse them like to make book cavers for school or has a garbage in a car.
