What Level Do You Unlock "12 Gauge Shotgun Slugs" and "Ceramic Body Armor" in...

Get a new TV/monitor if you can't read the text =/.

All I can say for sure since I've long passed any unlockable's is that by level 25 you have, or should have everything.
 
...Bad Company 2? I ask this because I can't for the life of me read the tiny text which tells me the levels, and for some reason or another, the game doesn't want to show me whether or not I've unlocked those two specs. It sucks and I'd like some answers, please.
