Jogging - on the spot for 2 minutes none stop and then a minute break and then do another 2 minutes which will help all parts of your legs and hips x
Walk - you can walk up and down the stairs a few times and when your get to the top or the bottom do some streches maybe which will focus on your legs
Equipment - in my house me and my mum have a stepper and she lets me on that maybe if you had one or something else go on that for half of an hour
