friend of mine didnt get 50/50 custody cause the 2 yr old was "too young"?
Both parents are loving and caring to the child. But my friend didnt get 50/50 custody cause the 2 yr old was "too young" but how is that possible? Then isnt the child "too young" to be in daycare for 40 hours?
How can a mediator agree with this just cause thats what the moms lawyer told her to say?
