legalize maijiana and treat it like alcohol, tax it. put the drug dealers out of business, same with prostitution, if nevada can do it so can the rest of the country, rape would go down..

As for the marijuana thing, yes, thats a bit closer to a good idea.
I would like to see a change in the prison system. I'd like to see prison become a rehabilitative place instead of a really really long and ineffective timeout for bad grownups. Recidivism (reincarceration) costs more than prison reform.

Clean out the House of Representatives and The Senate and start all Over. Appoint only Strict constitutionalist to the Supreme court. Where they only interprete the law and not make law from the bench. That power belongs to the legislative branch. Make an anti corruption law where politicians get fired and go to prison without posibility of Pardon or commutation of sentence. Corruption in politics is no less than treason to the people they swore to serve. Shit, there is a Black SUV just showed up in my driveway, damn im going to jail, damn, damn, damn.

Legalize prostitution and rape will go down? News flash: rapists don't rape b/c they're not getting any. Rapists rape people for motives like power and control.
Recycling should be a federal law? Who is going to pay for the billions that would be needed to create recycling centers and what would we do with all of the recycled materials?
I think that we need to overhaul the court system. We need laws that protect the average American from lawsuits like lawsuits regarding car accidents and many cases of negligence. We need a structured system for sentencing and the civil court procedures need to be reined...we spend wayyyyyy too much $ on frivolous lawsuits each year.
