Neighbor harrassing by mail. Sending letter accusing us of things. Sending to Sheriff's commissioners,etc. Doing this with all of our neighbors too.
Sheriffs office has said that they know what they are saying is not true, they have investigated. They have a whole file of info from this person, but they told us to talk to the magistrate, who said we would have to tell them what statue they were breaking.
