what law punishments would there be for electrocuting a school building? (for a story)?

I am writing a short story in response to a prompt. The police catch a student (a minor) .. who electrocuted a school building with power lines. The school building was burnt/melted/etc to the ground. What would they be convicted of?

arson? .... something for destroying property, i assume.... what else? I want to know the actual convictions, like what the court would call them. (like arson, sexual assault, rape, drug possession... things like that?)
